He was predeceased by: his parents, George Maupin Allen and Louise Baldwin Allen; and his sister Phyllis Allen Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra West Allen; his daughter Crystal Allen Vandegrift; his son-in-law Brian Vandegrift; his granddaughter Casey Vandegrift (Chris Vandegrift); and his pets, Roxy, Ginger and Jessie.
