She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Watts Gilliam and Hilda Dinkins Gilliam. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Gibson; her children, Scott Gibson (Lora Gibson) of Newport News and Dana Lynch (Jeffrey Lynch) of Manakin Sabot; and her grandsons, Ryan Lynch of Virginia Beach and Benjamin Lynch of Arlington, VA.. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and beloved family members.
