He was predeceased by: his parents, Massie T. Cash and Mary Daniel Cash; and his brothers, Freddy and Terry Cash. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Collurafici (Benjamin), Amanda Cash, Jeffrey Cash, Jr. and Katie Marquis; his grandchildren, James Collurafici, Rosalie, Willow and Benjamin Marquis; and his siblings, Mark Cash (Peggy), Timmy Kidd (Nancy), Kim and Mike Collurafici. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
