It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Kelly Richardson of Pamplin, Virginia, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Edward Richardson and Carrie Goin Richardson; and his brothers, Herman H. Richardson and Lloyd E. Richardson. He is survived by : his spouse Roselee "Rose" Shelton Richardson; his sister Ruby R. Almond (Joseph) of Pamplin; his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Richardson (Debbie), Mike Richardson, Sabrina R. Savage, Jane A. Thomas (Robbie) and Tim Almond (Tina); his sister-in-law Virginia Shelton; and his close friends, Ralph and Shirley Cheatham.
