She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Blankenship and Lucy Dean Blankenship; her siblings, Evelyn Toney, Jacqueline "Hilda" Waggoner, Karen Blankenship, Loretta Merle and Larry Blankenship; and her brothers-in-law, Andrew Fry and Don Toney.
She is survived by: her husband Sherman L. Moore; her daughters, Susan McCown (Dan) of Powhatan and Sarah E. Horne (Brian) of Pamplin; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Goodrich (Michael), Rachel Dean Horne and Luke Horne (Hannah Dalton); her great grandchild Lucy; her sister Elenor B. Fry; and her sister-in-law Dottie Blankenship.
