With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally Thompson Campbell of Pamplin, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sally Thompson may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sally Thompson touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George L Thompson and Francine McFaddin Thompson of Lynchburg. She is survived by: her husband Richard E Campbell; her children, Courtney Forehand, Molly Lewis and Gabby Sharrett; her grandsons, Dalton Hopper and Cole Sharrett; and her brother Jay Rumburg.
