He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Martin Caldwell, Sr. and Mary Kate Firebaugh Caldwell; his siblings, Alton Boyd Caldwell and Carolyn Sue Williams; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Martin, Aulden Roach, Glenn Morris and Harry E. Ranson (Joan).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ranson Caldwell; his sons, Kendall W. "Ken" Caldwell Sr. (Sarah) and Willie Martin "Billy" Caldwell III (Gina); his grandchildren, Hannah Caldwell Austin (Jake), Kendall W. Caldwell Jr. (Taylen), Leah Caldwell, Harry Caldwell and Colleen Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Maggie and Sadie Austin; his siblings, Catherine C. Watson (Conrad), Connie C. Martin and James Caldwell; and his siblings-in-law, Doris S. Caldwell, James Williams, Louise R. Roach, Mary Edith R. Morris, Frank R. Ranson and Mike Ranson (Betty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
