She was predeceased by: her grandfather Lucas Ortiz. She is survived by: her parents, Lucas Otoniel Ortiz Ortega and Otilia Magnolia Ortiz Gonzalez of Parksley, VA; her sisters, Estefany Ortiz of Parksley, VA and Christy Ortiz of Parksley, VA; and her grandparents, Lupe Ortega, Eusebia Gonzalez Perez and Telmo Ortiz. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
