She was predeceased by: her parents, Weston James Evans and Nellie Elizabeth Taylor Evans; her husband Charles Donald "Don" Foster; and her brother Arnold Evans. She is survived by: her children, Faith Foster Sturgis (Sonny) of Hacksneck, VA and Charles Donald "Chuck" Foster, Jr. (Page) of Crisfield, MD; her grandchildren, Whitney Elizabeth Phillips (Brooks), James "Weston" Foster (Marie), Tinsley Evans Foster, Michelle Sturgis Williams (Burley) and Calvin "Lee" Sturgis III (Lori); her great grandchildren, Talin, Leila Phillips, Logan, Cooper Sturgis and Ryan Williams; her sister-in-law Maria Evans; and her nieces, Joy Bardinelli and Sandee Whyte.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church (18484 Wilson Ave, Parksley, VA 23421).
