She was predeceased by: her husband Upshur Annis; her parents, William H. Young and Lola Lewis Young; and her sisters, Kay German, Estelle Lang and Ruth Gaulk.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Judy Simpson Ward and Betty Satchell (Morris). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Guilford Church (24450 Guilford Rd, Bloxom, VA 23308). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
