She is survived by: her sons, LeWann and Kobe Pace; her sister Alesia Matthews; her father James Nelson, Sr.; her grandmother Patricia Hope; her brothers, Markice Matthews (Traea), James Bundick, Tyronia Upshur, Tomar Jones, TreZaun Fosque, James Nelson, Jr. and Ja'Mez Nelson; her aunts and uncles, Shenia Davis (Earl), Tasha Mason, Preschelle Nelson, Melvin Giddens (Betty), William Nelson, Winston Miller, Julian Washington, III (Carrie) and Quinton Washington; her great-aunt Mary Washington; her siblings' children, Makiyah Matthews and Markiece Matthews, Jr.; and her close friends, Kyla Reid-Alleyne, Kayla Lewis and LouJuan Pace. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jerleane's Funeral Service (24497 Mary N Smith Rd, Accomac, VA 23301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Macedonia A. M. E. Church (23536 Church Rd, Accomac, VA 23301).
