She was predeceased by: her parent Florence Hill; her husband William Kelley "Bill" Hill; and her parent Nancy. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Faye Phillips (Parks) of Parksley and Alisa G. Bishop (David) of Oak Hall, VA; her grandchildren, Jessica Bonniwell (Jeremy), Karrie E. Phillips, Alysen Ford (Kent) and Shelby Powers (David); and her great grandchildren, McKoy Bonniwell, Paityn, Leland Ford, Grady, Della Powers and Jackson Clark.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the John W. Taylor Memorial Cemetery (31189 Temperanceville Rd, Temperanceville, VA 23442).
