Peggy Ward Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Peggy Ward in Parksley, Virginia. Peggy, born on September 29, 1938, passed away on October 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Ward; her parents, Elmer Dize and Sarah Dize (Mason); her brother Kemmie Dize; and her son Kenneth Ward.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Morgan (Joseph) and Dawn Herring (Scott); her sister-in-law Jackie Dize; her brother Elmer Dize Jr. (Joan); and her grandchildren, McKayla Morgan, Avery Herring, Ben Herring, Montanna Ward, Nathan Ward, Katelyn Duncan (Ward), Klowie Keisler (Ward), Willow and Mariska Ward.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home (94 Market St, Onancock, VA 23417). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
