He was predeceased by: his parents, William Revell Lewis, Jr. and Bettie Rew Ewell Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Nyree Gobel-Lewis; his children, Lauren Alexandra Lewis and Richard Alexander Lewis; his stepchildren, Cheyenne Gobel and David Baron; his granddaughters, Lynnlee Lewis, Amina Gobel and Yemaya Gobel; his brother William Revell Lewis III (Lisa); his niece Mary Lewis Gordon; and his nephew William Revell Lewis IV (Jesse). He is also survived by six great-nieces and great-nephews.
