He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel "Marion" Eby, Sr. and Grace V. Eby; his brother George Bowman; and his brother-in-law W. Fred Taylor, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette T. Eby; his daughter Julie Keaser (Chris) of Crisfield, MD; his grandchildren, William Keaser, Tyler Keaser, Michael Keaser, Jace Keaser and Jasmine Keaser; his sister Robin Burkhead (Todd); and his sisters-in-law, Ellie Bowman and Linda T. Abel (Ray). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
