She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sifford and Annie Sifford; and her husband Bobby Lee Nester. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Edward Nester (Shirley), Chuck Nester (Michele), Ricky Gravley (Diane), Joan McCoy (Rusty) and Mary Cullop (Rocky); her grandchildren, Ashley and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Bella and Matthew; her sister-in-law Lois Assad (Dallas); and her close friend Wanda Reed. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mullins Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Brown Cemetery.
