He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Newton Todd, Jr. and Kathleen Edna Todd. He is survived by: his wife Mary Featherall Todd; his children, Angela Lewis of Sandston, VA, Jennifer Lewis and Adam Todd (Emily) of Woodbridge, VA.; and his siblings, Steve Todd (Debbie) of Sterling, VA and Kathy Strah (Dave) of Muskegon, MI.
