He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Sarah Phounsavath (Elavanh) and Jamie Bogart (Dennis); his grandchildren, Ty Phounsavath and Elle Phounsavath; and his sisters, Cheryle Martin (Fred), Janice Kenter (Bill) and Laura Stevens (Dickie).
