She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Foley and Mary Ella Washington Foley; her husband Harvey Parker Harris; her daughter Rhonda H. Phillips; her grandson Barry W. Harris; and her siblings, John Foley, Clive Foley, Margaret F. Shumate, Donna F. Rea, Ralph G. Foley and Robert A. Foley.
She is survived by: her children, Janet H. Tunnell (Chuck) and Gary P. Harris (Pam); her granddaughter Whitney Plaster (Travis); her great grandchildren, Blake and Audrey; and her brother James Foley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (202 W Blue Ridge St, Stuart, VA 24171). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the Patrick Memorial Gardens (20937 Jeb Stuart Hwy, Stuart, VA 24171).
