It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cinderella Williams Carr of Patrick Springs, Virginia, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Cinderella has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Spencer Williams and Joseph Emmett Williams; her former husband Ross Allen Carr; her daughter Delia Jean Carr Hawks; her husband Darrell McGennis Carr; and her siblings, Myrtle Rea, Gladys Lineberry and Wayne Williams.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Lisa McBride (Timothy) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Joann Smith of Hinton, WV; and her brother James Willie Williams of Richmond, VA.. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Norris Funeral Services & Crematory - Stuart Chapel (129 Howell Ln, Stuart, VA 24171). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
