She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph M. Thomas and Zada Barton Thomas; her husband James Lester Perdue; and her siblings, Shirley Martin, Viola Walker and Edison Thomas.

She is survived by : her children, James Perdue (Ann Martin) of Stuart, Eva Lynn Lawless (Teddy) of Stuart and Kenneth Perdue of Patrick Springs; and her grandchildren, William Perdue (Mollie), Heather Goad (Michael Lawson), Josh Perdue (Heather) and Ashley Perdue (Marquise). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
