With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosie Lee Clark Lawson of Patrick Springs, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2026 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Clark and Una Martin Clark; her husband Earnest Lawson; and her siblings, Mae Phillips, Mildred Isley, Bessie Overby, Ida Newman, John Clark, Harry "Junior" Clark, Reed Clark and Frank Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Lawson (Kathy) of Martinsville, VA, Randy Lawson of Chatham, VA and Lesia Lawson Murray (James) of Mayodan, NC; her grandchildren, James Zachariah Murray, Mary-Katherine Bishop, Susan Taylor and John Hurd, Jr.; and her caregiver Janet Barlow. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
