He is survived by: his mother Alice Lawson Hooker of Stuart; his wife Andrea Clark Hooker of Patrick Springs; his brother Mark Hooker (Wilma) of Fancy Gap; his niece Devan Smith (Brandon) of Lawsonville, NC; his great-nephew Seth Lee Smith; his great-niece Emma Mae Smith of Lawsonville, NC; and his aunts, Carlene Hylton, Linda Hughes, Nina Hylton, Bonnie Lawson and Roxie Lawson.
