She was predeceased by: her parents, Talman Fain and Emma Gray Fain; her husband James Drewey Cassady; her granddaughters, Lisa Lynn Foley and Stephanie "Duck" Cassady; her great grandchild Darren Leland Michaud; and her great great grandchild Addison Belcher.
She is survived by: her children, Elva Wagoner of Patrick Springs, Diane (Jesse Foley), Teresa Cassady of Patrick Springs, James Cassady of Patrick Springs, William (Renate Cassady), Tommy Cassady of Stuart, Wayne (Janet Cassady), Ronnie Cassady of Stuart and Timothy Cassady of Patrick Springs. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; 1 step grandchild; 3 step great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
