She was predeceased by: her father Frank Minnick; her brother Arnold Minnick; and her brother-in-law Rodney Altizer. She is survived by: her mother Ernestine Minnick; her husband Jerry Parcell of Pearisburg; her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Rob Ervine of Radford; her son Neil; her daughter-in-law Jill Parcell of Christiansburg; her siblings, Linda Altizer of Christiansburg and Leroy; her siblings-in-law, Noella Minnick of Pearisburg, Tony Parcell of Pearisburg and Pam Lucas of Maynardville, TN; Ed and Shirley Huskey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in her honor to Ingram Village United Methodist Church in Pearisburg, Virginia.
