It is with sadness that the passing of Irene (Nedde) Hounshell Gordon (Pearisburg, Virginia) is shared. Irene, born on October 15, 1937, passed away on June 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Estle Brown Hounshell, Sr. and Mary Virginia Harden Hounshell; and her husband Douglas Lee Gordon, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Lee Gordon II and Robert Thomas Gordon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family members; and her dear friends.
