He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Simmons and Ruth H. Simmons; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth Anderson and Alene Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Denise Anderson Simmons; his children, Andrew Simmons (Jennifer), Brittany Simmons (Joe) and Olivia Yost (Kyle); his grandchildren, Abby, Kylee, Abigail, Summer, Isaac and Beckett; his siblings, John Simmons (Donna), Bill Keith Simmons (Sarah), Kevin Simmons, Jeanne Armentrout (Kerry) and Merry Simmons; and his sister-in-law Gina Dalton (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
