He was predeceased by: his parents, William Benjamin Ramsey and Cora Hubbard Ramsey; and his children, Charles Anthony Ramsey, Teresa Akers and Pamela Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Combs Ramsey; his daughter Charlotte Harmon (Michael); and his grandchildren, Shannon Akers, Adam Harmon (Hilary), Tommy Akers (Shelana), Corey Harmon (Katie) and Megan Jones (Jason).
