She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cooper McClaskey and Thelma Thornhill McClaskey; her daughter Barbara Ann Crockett; and her siblings, Linda Poole, George McClaskey and Donald McClaskey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Demetra Havens Smith (Drew) and Carol Lidgard Tuck (Tommy); and her grandchildren, Hannah Shay Smith and Evan Taylor Lidgard.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Birchlawn Burial Park (177 Birchlawn Cir, Pearisburg, VA 24134).
