With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Daniel Bucklen of Pembroke, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Bucklen and Lula Bucklen; and his siblings, George Bucklen, Roscoe Bucklen, Lorrene Bucklen and Lena Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Bucklen (Karen), Sherry Mantiply (Tommy) and Heather Sanchez (Link); his grandchildren, Samantha Taborga, Timothy Munsey, Madison Munsey, Allison Bucklen and Nolan Bucklen; and his great grandchildren, Penny Lane Munsey and Lillabeth Mckenzie.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (349 Riverside Ave, Narrows, VA 24124).
