He was predeceased by : his parents, Lacy "Buck" Talbert and Hilda Lilly Talbert; and his half-brothers, Allen Dalton and Billy Talbert. He is survived by : his siblings, Lawrence Talbert (Teri Davis) of Radford, VA and Katherine Midkiff (Wayne Lucas) of Pearisburg; his half-sisters, Frances Friend and Beverly Darlene Green; and his close friend Charlie Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
