He is survived by : his wife Deborah Rachel Whitlow of Oakvale; his daughters, Bethany Pennington (Aaron) of Narrows and Erine Cressell (Mike) of Glen Lynn, VA; his grandchildren, Hannah, Parker Shuff of Narrows, Hunter and Emma Miller of Glen Lynn; his brother Aubrey Whitlow (Julana) of Wytheville, Virginia.; his stepchildren, Michelle Pettrey of Oakvale and Steven Rachel (Jennifer) of Smithers, WV; his stepgrandchildren, Madison Whitt, Conner Rachel, Mikayla Rachel and John Anderson; and his step-grandpup Remy. He is also survived by cousins, and several loving family members.
