He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Revere Green and Glada Dunlap Green Pearce. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kay" Mauzy Green; his children, Kathy Green Morris (Matt) of Charlottesville, Michael Duane Green (Becky) of Shenandoah and Christopher Mauzy Green (Corrie) of Port Republic; his grandchildren, Michael, Duncan, Molly Morris, Kaylin, Garrett Green and Marlo Mauzy Green; and his brothers, H. David Green of Gosport, IN and Victor Green of Hurricane, WV.. He is also survived by his brothers, sons, nephews and grandsons.
