He was predeceased by: his father Charles Walter Breeden, III. He is survived by: his mother Susie L. Breeden Zirkle; his daughters, Farren Francis (Joel) of Rockingham and Ashlynn Breeden of Charlotte, NC; his brother Charles Walter "Chuck" Breeden, IV (Kristi) of Harrisonburg; his grandchildren, Annabelle, James, Lucy and Tucker; his stepfather Robert Zirkle; and his stepbrother Brian Zirkle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Harrisonburg (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to the Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. (REFI) by mail at 100 Mt. Clinton Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22802.
