Smith; her children, Christopher Smith (Adrienne) of Weyers Cave and Cathy Stout (Jim) of Broadway; her grandchildren, Rocky Thompson, Chynna Thompson, Destiny Stout, Tyler Smith, Camden Smith, Ariana Burriell and Gaby Burriell; her great grandchild Savannah Grace; her siblings, Jerry Mitchell (Janice), Linda Mitchell (Nanci), Brenda Cook (late Kenny), Debbie Hottinger (late Gary), Donna Secrist (late Wayne) and Jo Ann Reedy (Charlie); and also, Cindy Grimes and Vivian Lam. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
