Nancy (Weston) Laverna Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2026, at the age of 96, Nancy (Weston) Laverna of Pennington Gap, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy (Weston) Laverna to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Porter Weston and Ola Mae Weston (Hedrick); her husband James V. Graham Sr.; her daughter Patricia Louise Robbins; and her siblings, Josephine Glass, Vera Williams, Benard Weston, Dale Weston, Dub Weston and Maurice Weston.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Jane Graham of Independence, Virginia, James V. Graham III of Pennington Gap, Virginia. and Matthew P. Graham of Pennington Gap, Virginia.; and her granddaughters, Ann Elizabeth Robbins, Katie Robbins Lohmeyer (Jason) and Margaret Jane Robbins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other close relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cecil–fry Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local food bank or to the First United Methodist Church in her honor.
