He is survived by: his mother Josephine Cook Kelley; his wife Debra Johnson Kelley; his daughter Amber Bishop (Anthony); his grandchildren, Hunter Bishop and T. J. Bishop; his brother Terry Kelley (Sally) of Florida; his siblings-in-law, David "Spot" Johnson (Becky) and Susan Burgin; his aunts, Peggy Kiss and Judy Compton; and his nieces and nephews, Cyndi Harber (Mark), Charlee Johnson, Andrea Shoemaker (John), Josh Johnson and Jonathan Kelley (Mae). He is also survived by several cousins, close relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Christian Church of Pennington Gap in honor of Tim's life (41481 W. Morgan Ave., Pennington Gap, VA 24277).
