She is survived by: her daughter Rita Sue Edens (Eugene); her grandsons, Jared Edens (Tiffany) and Derek Edens (Ismael Sambaan); her great grandchildren, Makayla, Kandice, Hadlee, Lillian and Houston; her siblings, Alvin Parsons, Hershel Parsons, Joe Parsons (Lisa), Ennine Rode and Sherri Varney (Steve); and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Parsons, Kathy Parsons and Jessie Pieper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Free Pentecostal Church of God Building Fund, 292 Nolan Avenue, Pennington Gap, VA 24277.
