He is survived by: his wife Lou Ella Kelly; his son Steven Ray Kelly (Michelle); his grandchildren, Gabrina Kelly, Brandon Kelly and Aleigha Kelly; and his siblings, David Kelly (Brenda), Robert Kelly and Nancy Belcher (George). He is also survived by relatives and fur babies.
