Autholia Payne Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Autholia Payne (Petersburg, Virginia), born in Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Jones and Eller Jones; her husband Dr. William Vincent Payne, Sr.; her daughter Patricia Howard; and her siblings, Douglas Jones, Elmira Jones Pierre, Jessie Jones Hines, Hilda Jones Milligan, Aaron Jones and Estella Jones Starks.

She is survived by: her children, William of Leesburg, Virginia, Ronald of Upper Marlboro and Stephen; and her daughter-in-law Jewel of Brown Deer, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of loving relatives and friends.
