He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Weeks and Rachel Weeks; his wife Jane; and his brother Eddie Weeks. He is survived by: his children, David Weeks, Jr. and Teresa Isquith; his grandchildren, Brandon "Matt" Weeks, Kris and Sara Isquith; and his siblings, Jeannette Tinsley, Jean Mundie, Roland Weeks, Sr., Harold Weeks Sr. and Ducky. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
