He is survived by: his mother Rafaela Torres-McMillian; his wife Tammy; his children, Erick, Tiyanna, William, Natalya, Tyrell and Milagros; his grandson Ahsad; his stepmother Linda Bradby; his sister Lisette Spencer (Lafonza); his uncles, Jose Torres (Sandra) and Luis Torres; his aunt Vera Kearney; his nieces, Daijah, Abriana and Imani; his in-law Rudolph Brown (Mildred); his sister-in-law Tarnisha Brown; and his friends, Antoine "CJ" Jones, Steve Smith and Willie Hines. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
