She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard C. Traylor and Sally Anderson Traylor. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Riggs and Sherwood Riggs; her grandsons, Blake and Brayden; her sister Jane Avila (Bruce); her pet Benji; and her friends, Donna and Peyton Fuller.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Sycamore United Methodist Church, 9710 Old Stage Road, Prince George, VA in memory of Dixie E. Disher.
