He was predeceased by : his mother Sarah Hansley; his son Michael Hansley; and his siblings, James Hansley, Oscar Hansley, Jesse Hansley and Louise James.

He is survived by : his sister Barbara Tucker; his children, Antonio Hansley, Thomas Hansley and Derrick Hansley; his daughters-in-law, Chequilla Hansley and Vera Hansley; and his friend Daisy Tann. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
