He is survived by: his children, Pamela Williams, Franklin Roosevelt Williams, Jr. and Robyn Blocker; his grandchildren, Tanya Smith, Ashley Williams Hillman (Brelan), Ruben Favors, Briana Jarrett (Malick), Heaven Blocker and Joy Blocker; his great grandchildren, Victorea Smith, Taegan Smith and Braylon Smith; his great great grandchild Noah Webster; and his siblings, Dorothy Walker of Columbia, Carolyn Glymph of Columbia, Antonio Strother of Minnesota and Virgil Russell McConnell of Blair.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc. (102 South Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (236 Harrison St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A burial was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Dinwiddie Memorial Park (7324 Church Rd, Petersburg, VA 23803).
