Hines of Stafford, Sarah Parham of Hackensack and Carolyn J. Williams of Midlothian, Virginia; his siblings-in-law, Isabell Oliver of Seattle, Dianna Carrere (Kevin) of Tacoma, Patricia Bailey (Anthony) of Seattle, Vada Oliver-Talbert of Hyattsville, Maryland and Travis P. Barnes; his godchildren, Jennell Purvis, GeNece Speech and Breland Graves; and his cousins, Willard, Debbie, Misha Hines, Arnold, Christine Jones, Ray Williams, Ruth Parham, Fonda Williams, John, Starcia McNeill, Ardys, Ghetai Scott and Ashanti Wright. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended family members and friends.

Viewing was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc. (102 South Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803-4220). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Baptist Church (2223 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805).
