He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. McCulloh and Mary Virginia Cowatch McCulloh of Petersburg; and his sister Cheryl Suzanne McCulloh. He is survived by: his sister Debbie Judy (David) of Moorefield; his nephew John David Judy (Rachel) of Petersburg; and his great-nephews, Reed Warren Judy and Calvin Hayes Judy.
