Webb of Petersburg, VA; his wife Cheryl Williams; his daughter Kiana Williams; his sister Katina Williams of Petersburg, VA; his godchildren, Mya, Tyler Johnson of Chester, VA and Deven Roache of Petersburg, VA; his siblings-in-law, Charles Mayes, Jr. (Seran) of Henrico County and Pamela Roache (Donnie) of Disputanta; his aunts, Sandra Johnson and Diane Williams; his uncle Conrad Johnson (Tiarra); his cousins, Rodney Johnson (Erika) of Chester, VA and Conrad Johnson, Jr. of Petersburg, VA; his nephew Demario Roache (Rachel) of Henrico County; and his uncle Roy Lee.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc. (102 South Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Street A. M. E. Zion Church (25 W Wythe St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Wilkerson Memorial Cemetery (750 Page St, Petersburg, VA 23803).
