He is survived by: his wife Barbara F. Mills; his sons, Stephen J. (LaShawn) and Michael R. Mills; his grandchildren, Ashley and Aliyah Coley; his sisters, Jahnel V. Battle-Bey and Leatrice Harrison (Bernard); his siblings-in-law, Dorothy White, Elois F. Evans, Frances F. Dowling, Hattie F. Wilkins, Lisa F. Robinson, Cheryl Fitzgerald and Leslie Fitzgerald, Jr. (Valdoris); Ava Love. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
