He is survived by: his wife Sumedise Colbert; his children, Sylvia Colbert, William "Sonny Boy" Elliott (Alethea), Melissa Wyatt (Percy Sr.), Kotina Lawson (Lynn), Jimmie Ruffin, Trina Ruffin, Fay Harrison, Charles Lane and Donte Lane; and his siblings, Ruth "Baby Ruth" Moore, Ollie Mae West, Rosevelt Colbert and Milton Colbert. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
